Driven by her passion for education, Dr. Pritchett earned her Ph.D. from The University of Texas at Austin and has had the privilege of teaching at the prestigious McCombs School of Business at the undergraduate, MBA, and Executive Education levels – earning faculty honor roll multiple times and receiving grants as an outstanding faculty in experiential learning. When she served as the Director of the Entrepreneurship Minor, she helped to secure a $10 million endowment to establish the minor for all students – and today it remains a top-ranked program in the United States. Her pride lies not just in educating, but in the ability to transform knowledge.

As part of the Texas Executive Education team at the University of Texas, Dr. Pritchett’s recent clients include leaders from Southwest Airlines, the U.S. Department of Defense, Samsung, the Texas Rail Road Commission, Enterprise, and others. Most recently, as the Director of the Organizational Effectiveness team at Slalom, Inc., Dr. Pritchett worked directly with Fortune 500 companies, leveraging data to drive strategy, supporting large technology and culture changes, and delivering impactful solutions.
